Located between Carcassonne and Narbonne, this estate produces a fine red Corbieres, which is rich, complex, deep, earthy and fascinating. The Domaine is managed by Pierre and Francoise and offers wines that are limited in quantity, but great in quality - from their single-grape Sauvignon and Chardonnay to a rosé and two reds of great character. Their top wine, Les Cocobirous, is a must if you want to taste a wine that’s seriously different and quite unique.
