Vinification Traditional, aged in stainless steel vats for 3 to 4 months. Maceration on the skins in a pneumatic press. Prior to alcoholic fermentation, the must is racked (allowed to settle) for 24 hours at 10°C. Fermentation temperature maintained at 16 to 18°C.

Located in Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, Chateau de Bonhoste is operated and owned by Sylvaine and Yannick Fournier. They possess two vineyards - one in Bordeaux on the edge of the Entre-deux-Mers and the other in Bergerac.
