Located in "the Membrets" at the entrance of the Vergisson hamlet, you will find the Litaud family farm. Passed down through 3 generations, their 80 year old vines now cover 9 hectares and are still harvested by hand, ensuring only the best grapes are used.
The wine is left in cask longer than usual so it decants itself naturally, avoiding filtration.
