Sablet
Established with the backing of the Counts of Toulouse who owned the property in the early middle ages, the Sablet vineyards were awarded with the classification in 1974.
Encompassing over 320 hectares of land, Sablet's appellation law is very strict for it's reds and rose, dictating that they must consist of at least 50% Grenache grapes, and 20% Syrah or Mourvèdre grapes. The whites do not have such a ruling, and can consist of a variety of different types alongside Grenache Blanc. The climate is typically Mediterranean, affected by the Mistral winds.

The charm of this Sablet lies in the combination of the fruit aromas and the finesse and freshness on the palate. We think highly of this particular wine.
