How it works
Order
Flat £7.95 delivery, free from £150. Space your postcode as on your post (e.g. DE73 8EN).
We pack
Bottles are packed in sturdy, recyclable transit boxes — often by Pierre himself when the wine is at the shop.
Tracked courier
You get a tracking link, plus e-mail or SMS updates. Leave delivery instructions in the basket if needed.
Signed for
Wine needs a signature from an adult, or a safe place you've told us about. Missed? A card is left to rebook.
Common questions
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes — add the date you need in the order notes at checkout or contact us straight after ordering and we'll do our best. Allow 2–3 working days as standard.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One bottle or twelve cases — there is no minimum order quantity.
Can I have wine delivered as a gift?
Of course. Enter the recipient's address at checkout, add a gift message in the order notes and we'll leave the prices off the paperwork. See our gift boxes under Mixed cases & gifts.
What if nobody is in?
The courier leaves a card with a number to rebook, or leaves the parcel where you've told us is safe (at your risk, as we can't take responsibility for parcels left without a signature). Parcels not claimed within a week come back to us and are re-sent for a minimum £10 surcharge.
Do you deliver to the Highlands, Islands or Channel Islands?
Yes. Carrier options and prices appear at checkout once you've entered your postcode; some remote areas carry a surcharge, which we confirm with you before preparing your order.
Can you deliver to my workplace?
Yes — any UK address, work or private. Just make sure someone over 18 can sign.
What about delays?
We always do our very best to meet the stated times, but can't be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control — adverse weather, courier or transit difficulties. We'll keep you informed.
