Rose Wine

Born from the marriage of Merlot, Tannat and Cabernet, this wine reveals an intense and complex bouquet composed of wild strawberries, citrus fruits and fresh blackcurrants.

Pale and shiny, a very slightly rose muscat. Great freshness and expressing light notes of currant, rose, white flowers and citrus.

Pierre Cros - 'It was one of you, passing by the winery last summer, who nourished the idea in me to name this new Rosé wine. It’s the first harvest of this vineyard planted with old grape varieties of the Languedoc in 2011. This is an assembly of “commoners” - Aramon, Piquepoul, Morrastel and Rivairenc - accompanied by the so-called “noble” grape varieties Cinsault and Grenache. From this blend, this assembly, this gathering, this mix... of all these varieties, a wine with an evocative name was born...'

A bright, crystalline raspberry hue with delicate salmon highlights. The nose reveals fresh red berry aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry, lifted by subtle, fragrant notes of roses. Tender, round and well-balanced.

A pretty colour, lovely fruit and delicate after taste. Easy drinking, it's the perfect pairing to your aperitif, salads or cold meats.

The nose is clean, fruity, and floral with notes of fresh red berries (blackcurrant and redcurrant). Supple and tender on the palate, with good balance and a pleasant finish with hints of English sweets.

From old vines of Cinsault from 30 to 65 years old, this rosé is fresh and round, perfect on its own or with a light dish.

A dry, light rosé with bright aromas of red fruits and cherry. Fresh and refreshing on its own as an aperitif, it comes into its own alongside grilled meats and salads.

Beautiful cherry colour and elegant nose. When decanted at least for an hour, the improvement is dramatic. Taste of Bonbon Anglais. Can be enjoyed on its own or with salads or summer barbecues.

On the sound advice of 'Uncle Jo', who's bowing out after 40 harvests, we preserved a plot of Aramon, an ancient grape. Round, colourful, lively, this Rosé is an homage to this forgotten grape and... Uncle Jo!

A lovely pale salmon color, with a light mousse and very fine bubbles. The nose evokes tart red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry, blackcurrant), as well as fresh bread crust. The palate is fresh, lively, and well-balanced, with a pleasant, lingering fruitiness.

Soft raspberry fruit, just the right combination of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, with a smooth finish. Dry without the sharp edge some Champagnes have.
