Pierre Cros - 'It was one of you, passing by the winery last summer, who nourished the idea in me to name this new Rosé wine. It’s the first harvest of this vineyard planted with old grape varieties of the Languedoc in 2011. This is an assembly of “commoners” - Aramon, Piquepoul, Morrastel and Rivairenc - accompanied by the so-called “noble” grape varieties Cinsault and Grenache. From this blend, this assembly, this gathering, this mix... of all these varieties, a wine with an evocative name was born...'

A most popular wine from the Minervois region of Languedoc. Rich, charming and elegant. Good texture and balance with a spicy finish. Complex nose of black fruits and spices. To drink now, but can be kept a few years.

With its vibrant acidity and natural sweetness, Le Bal des Papillons strikes an elegant balance between freshness and richness. Layers of pineapple and ripe summer fruit make it a versatile choice.

Deep and structured, with dark cherry, blackcurrant and a touch of cedar spice from twelve months in French oak. Clay-limestone soils give La Pytare its backbone - a serious, food-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon with real depth and poise.

A blend led by Clairette, enhanced with small proportions of Picpoul and Bourboulenc, this wine combines freshness, precision and elegance. Vinification in demi-muids adds subtle depth and texture, resulting in a vibrant, finely balanced white with a long, harmonious finish and excellent ageing potential.

Crafted from a rigorous selection of the finest old-vine Grenache grown in sandy soils, Pontillard showcases remarkable finesse and purity. Bright blackcurrant fruit and a silky, velvety palate are supported by elegant tannins and exceptional balance. The finish is long, refined and persistent, combining freshness, depth and the unmistakable character of Grenache.

A beautifully expressive Chardonnay with aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus and subtle floral notes. The palate is fresh and well-balanced, combining vibrant fruit flavours with a smooth, rounded texture and a clean, elegant finish.

Deep ruby red with violet reflections. A nose of fresh redberries, and on the palate; a smooth and fresh attack, orange peel, light leather, hint of fresh nuts, balanced.

Deep garnet colour with tawny highlights, intense nose of spice, cocoa, cherry pit, blond tobacco, and cinnamon. The palate is rich and dense, with notes of spices, cocoa, vanilla, and soft, silky tannins with a beautiful presence.

'Young Vines' - Smooth and lively, this wine opens with crisp acidity and vibrant notes of lemon and passion fruit.

The Aupy family develop the bubble with finesse and notes of fresh fruit. A white sparkling made from the red Cabernet Franc grape.

A bright, crystalline raspberry hue with delicate salmon highlights. The nose reveals fresh red berry aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry, lifted by subtle, fragrant notes of roses. Tender, round and well-balanced.

With intense raspberry aroma on the nose, the mouth uncovers flavours of blackcurrant and roast coffee, with a hint of soft spices from the use of oak. The velvety texture and roundness comes from the dominance of Merlot, picked at the peak of ripeness. Beautifully balanced.

A beautiful aromatic expression of citrus and white flowers that reveals a hint of minerality. Frank and lively on the palate, it develops on a beautiful acidic structure. The finish is more fleshy and reveals notes of pineapple and liquorice.

Fruity, pleasant, and elegant, with aromas of fresh red berries (blackcurrant, raspberry, redcurrant) and blond tobacco. Very well balanced - round, supple, and velvety.

A very intense ruby colour, a very fruity wine with aromas of coffee, toast and black fruits. The finish is long and pleasant with a nice structure.

Made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the communes of St Germain d'Esteuil and Civrac. Intense ruby colour with brilliant, silky tannins, aromas of ripe cherry, very nice freshness.

This cuvée is elaborated in the greatest tradition 'Bordelaise', emphasising the power of the fruit and the finesse of the tannins.

Intensely red in colour, with reflections of raspberry; an ode to red and black berries. Its palate is just as intense, enhanced by light smoked and spicy notes. A juicy, fresh and airy wine.
