We can deliver your wines to you at any UK address, work or private, within 4-5 working days of your order being placed (It can sometimes be sooner if we are performing deliveries personally, and if the wine is not currently held in storage at our bonded warehouse). Specific date delivery is also available, please notify us upon ordering. 

  • Free mainland UK Delivery is offered for orders with a value in excess of £100. All other deliveries (excluding the areas listed below) will incur a surcharge of £10.
  • There is no minimum order quantity.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles - If you live in these areas and wish to place an order (either by the contact form or telephone) as there may be additional delivery surcharges. We will confirm whether there is a surcharge before preparing your order. Orders to these areas incur a surcharge of £20.

We always do our very best to achieve our stated delivery times but please note we can not be held for circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to), adverse weather conditions, third party carriers and transit difficulties.

We offer a tracking system for deliveries, this will be made available to you upon the processing of your order.  In addition, it is recommended that contact or leave us with delivery instructions (the function is available on the cart page.)

All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, PayPal and SagePay. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
(You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to the website).

Returns & Replacements

At Pierre Hourlier Wines we always aim to provide an excellent service and we want you to feel safe in the knowledge that shopping with us is simple. 
If you are not 100% Happy…We will put it right!

If you wish to return or replace your purchased wine, please call us on 01332 341466. Returns may be subject to additional charges depending on the condition of wines returned, and the collection required.

Claims for damages must be reported as soon as possible.
