We can deliver your wines to you at any UK address, work or private, within 4-5 working days of your order being placed (It can sometimes be sooner if we are performing deliveries personally, and if the wine is not currently held in storage at our bonded warehouse). Specific date delivery is also available, please notify us upon ordering.
(Remote Scottish Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands & Scilly Isles) - If you live in these areas there may be additional postage and packaging surcharges applied to your order after checkout. We will confirm whether there is a surcharge before preparing your order. Should you be placing your order online, you shall be presented with delivery carrier options, with their price details, during checkout. Please consider these options carefully before placing your order as their charges may vary, and ensure that your postcode is correctly spaced e.g DE73 8EN to receive the right delivery rate.
We always do our very best to achieve our stated delivery times but please note we can not be held for circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to), adverse weather conditions, third party carriers and transit difficulties.
We offer a tracking system for deliveries, this will be made available to you upon the processing of your order. In addition, it is recommended that if required specific delivery instructions are given (the function is available on the cart page.)
If the delivery cannot be completed a card will be left with a phone number so another delivery day can be arranged. We must either obtain a signature or know where the consignment can be left. If the item is not claimed from the card within a week, it will incur a £10 minimum delivery surcharge to resend to your address, to cover its return and redispatch.
We use our best endeavours to keep our website up to date, however due to our having a high turnover, there may be rare instances in which our website has enabled you to order an item that is out of stock. Should this occur, we shall contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund.
Vintages displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but may change during the course of the year. Where we have shown two different vintages e.g 2021/2022, we will move to the latter when stocks of the former have been exhausted. High turnover can lead to unexpected vintage changes - Please contact us before ordering if requiring a specific vintage.
Please also note that product images on the website may not reflect the item that is being sold as the labels/bottle designs can change without update.
