Pinot Blanc
The Pinot Blanc grape, which is mostly grown in the Alsace region, is normally used to make the wine of the same name, or Cremant d'Alsace. The grape holds a refreshing, medium body, with crisp, dry tones of apples, honey and yeast. The best food pairings include; seafood or lightly flavoured meats.
