Pinot Gris
A grape renowned for its beautifully rich flavour, it was originally introduced by the Burgundian Pinot Family, however, is very popular in the Alsace region.
Pinot Gris is a white grape that has a pale pink/ brown colouring to it. Wine produced from it is rich and full bodied with a spicy undertone, due to the grapes being grown for a long period of time, producing more sugars that are converted to alcohol during the fermentation process.
