Ingredients:   4 to 6 sardine fish (85%), extra virgin olive oil 14%, salt, water, seaweed mixture (1%): sea lettuce, dulce, nori.
Preperation: Pass the box under hot water before opening. Then pour the sardines into the pan and heat them over low heat.
