Ingredients:   4 to 6 Sardine Fish, marinade: white wine (presence of sulphite), vinegar and condiments (natural herbs): 2 peppercorns, 1 piece of bay leaf, 1 slice of fresh lemon, 1 slice of fresh onion, 1 slice of fresh carrot, 1 pickle slice and 1 cayenne pepper, salt.
