From Gueth's terroir rocks of Vosges pink sandstone, it is given fruit, elegance and fresh dry character. Typical Riesling fruity and floral nose, aromas of mainly orange zest, but also pear compote, white flowers and ripe citrus with a delicate and stony freshness.

Typically Alsatian, expressive with scents of intense red fruits. Easy-drinking.

Fine bubbles with a light and persistent bead of foam. Notes of hazelnuts and dried fruits develop on a fresh nose. On the palate, the aromas continue on fruity nuances; small red fruits. Harmonious and convivial, with salinity and a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Reveals toasted, brioche notes and a finish of almond and hazelnut with a touch of strawberry and fresh grass. The palate is ample despite the traditionally light character of Sylvaner. Concentrated and complex, with length and character: atypical of the variety and its fruity expression.
