Grenache Gris
Grenache Gris is a mutation of the red Grenache grape, only normally grown on vineyards with other Grenache varieties, in the Rhone Valley. This grape is used for white and rose wines, normally as a blended grape.
Aromas such as apricot and stone-fruit aromas can be tasted in the Grenache Gris grape, with its full palate. The best food pairings include fish and shellfish.
