Mas de Cabres

Mas de Cabres
The Mas des Cabres is a family winery where 8 generations of winegrowers have followed one another. The presence of the family dates back to at least 1760 in Aspères.

The winemaking and aging cellar has been in use for more than 200 years. A majestic old vertical press, now at rest, testifies to the many vintages vinified by the family.

Since 2004, Florent Boutin has taken over the estate; his father Jean-Claude retired a few years later.
