Deep ruby red with violet reflections. A nose of fresh redberries, and on the palate; a smooth and fresh attack, orange peel, light leather, hint of fresh nuts, balanced.

Pure Merlot with silky tannins. power, depth and opulence.

Plums and blackberries - smooth and elegant.

A harmonious blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec grapes. Violets on the palate preceded by liquorice and black pepper in the mouth.

Low yield and vines dating from 1905 contribute to this most fascinating production - deep and structured yet so easy to drink. It is dark in colour and has depth without being overpowering.

The sweetness and sensuality of Syrah and the precise mineral acidity of Mourvèdre gives this wine a beautiful aromatic complexity.
