Red Wine

Made from Syrah and Grenache Noir grown on steep slopes, cultivated in terraces exposed to the north. Harvested manually, giving, after a passage in barrels, a great complex wine, delicate, floral, full of freshness and minerals.

The bouquet is divided between floral (violet, peony), fruity (blackcurrant, morello cherry, quince), animal, musky and peppery aromas. Rounded, with a structure solid with aging. A limited annual production of 7,000 bottles.

The elegance of the Monthelie wines is very much in evidence is this soft delicate product. This Premier Cru presents all the attributes of an exciting lingering wine with fresh aromas of cherries with smooth tannins.

This highly concentrated wine is made with old Syrah grapes. Aged in new oak and made with low yield to produce year after year a compulsive and powerful wine. An experience to be enjoyed.

An excellent expression of Fer Servadou. Aged in terracotta jars for 12 months.

Deep ruby red with violet reflections. A nose of fresh redberries, and on the palate; a smooth and fresh attack, orange peel, light leather, hint of fresh nuts, balanced.

Pure Merlot with silky tannins. power, depth and opulence.

Rich and concentrated, harmonious, with superb soft tannins and supported by a nice acidity.

'Between the vineyard and the sea, between my mother and my father, between Syrah and Mourvèdre, not our grapes of anger but the grapes of love'. The sweetness and sensuality of Syrah and the precise mineral acidity of Mourvèdre gives this wine a beautiful aromatic complexity. The quality of the fine and mature tannins creates a delicate and exuberant bouquet at the same time.

A true St-Emilion with lovely balance and elegance. Wood on the nose, round in the mouth. Look out for the lingering after-taste and the delicate cherry background taste.

Nose of small red fruits. The mouth is full, dense and tasty, with a long, expressive and refined finish. An annual production of 2,000 bottles.

Spicy and slightly woody notes affirming the complexity of this unique cuvée. The balance in the mouth and its tannic structure is incredible, a sign of a strong aging potential. From the oldest parcel of vines in the estate; approved vines over 90 years old.

Plums and blackberries - smooth and elegant with velvety tannins.

An expressive and delicate wine, with subtle notes of blackcurrant and nose of violet and black pepper. The tannins are velvety, the finish is long and harmonious.

Rich and harmonious, this powerful wine made from 40 year old vines will wonderfully complement roast meats, game and mature cheese platters.

Strawberries, blackberries, violets, reseda and roses are part of the spontaneous aromas of this Gevrey-Chambertin, while maturity offers a bouquet of liquorice, leather and fur, with gamey and undergrowth accents.

Intense aromas of black fruits on the nose, with a hint of spice. On the palate, the fruit and acidity are balanced with elegant tannins. Complex and long finish.

Dark Ruby colour. Long distance wine made with a majority of Merlot. Look out for the depth of fruit and the intensity. The reward will be there for those who are prepared to wait.
