Fortified resulting in the tastiest and most appealing sweet wine made in the Roussillon, close to Perpignan. Nose with aromas of lemon, lemongrass, limoncello. The palate is fresh, tangy while retaining the deliciousness of the Muscat grain. The sweet aspect is easily forgotten as its taste is so compelling. A real pleasure.

Deep, luminescent, brilliant, it expresses itself with hints of strawberry and blackberry during aeration. Subtle on the fore palate, followed by a mouthful of cherries and blackberry jam.

Pronounced ruby ​​colour. Intense and complex nose with aromas of cherry, slightly liquorice blackcurrant syrup, smoke and ash notes brought by the aging. A very long palate with a fine and tight tannin grain. Always a favourite!
