Chateau Fardel-Laurens

Located in Nissan-lez-Enserune in Faugeres, this vineyard was originally known as ‘Chateau Sun Pool’. Stephane is the main operator of the 21 hectare vineyard, with the help of Pierre and Richard. Chateau Fardel-Laurens opened over 5 years ago and has been fully certified as organic, since 2015. The vines are up to 40 years old, with Syrah being the main vine grown.
