Saint Julien Appellation

The Saint-Julien Appellation is located in Medoc subregion in Bordeaux, taking its name from the commune Saint-Julien-Beychevelle. Gaining official AOC status in 1936, this appellation must produce wines of an alcoholic strength of 10.5% ABV. The main vines grown here and Medoc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The character of these red wines include complexed notes of truffle, tobacco, earth and smoke, evolving beautifully over time.
