Tasting notes

This cuvée pays tribute to Hubert Dousseau, Domaine Sergent's ancestor and the founder of the estate in 1902. He planted two cedar trees - symbols of strength and longevity. Today, only one remains to watch over the vines, a living testament to the passage of time and the family’s history.

Micro-oxygenation before and after draining, providing balanced structure and rounded tannins.
