Traditional vinification at 26-­28 °C during 18 to 25 days, moderate pumping over every day, or pigeage or delestage. Malolactic fermentation through co-inoculation.

Chateau Lagrange

Chateau Lagrange, Third Classified Growth in the 1855 classification, nestles in the heart of the renowned Saint-Julien appellation. Their vineyard stretches over two Gunzian gravel slopes where the highest point of Saint-Julien thrones on the estate.

Over 35 years ago, their vineyard was re-planted and re-structured, resulting in today’s well balanced and distinguished wines.
