Alsace Pinot Blanc
Pinot Blanc is a genetic mutation of Pinot Noir and was only distinguished from Chardonnay around 100 years ago. Alsace Pinot Blanc has a fresh, delicate and fruity nose consisting of apples, peaches and floral undertones and has a yellowy-green appearance whilst also being very clear.
Alsace Pinot Blanc is an all-rounder when pairing with food and will go with a variety of hors d'oeuvre and main dishes. The Alsace Pinot Blanc grape produces a versatile wine that is light and refreshing.
