White, Dry wines

Always a fashionable winner if you like Sauvignon. This particular wine has the merit to always please irrespective of the vintage. That has been the case for the last 25 years. It has a dry and most appealing roundness, and such a lovely lingering after-taste. At its best with fish, shellfish and goat cheese. Best drunk within 5 years, but will keep longer and will change in character.

A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Perfect balance between fruit and acidity. A champagne for all occasions and our most popular value for money wine over the last 30 years. A recommendation on its own.

100% Chardonnay. The body is intense and the taste leaves a sense of fullness and a creamy aftertaste.

The nose is clean and expressive, revealing aromas of white fruits (pear, peach, apricot), combined with floral notes. The palate is fresh, supple with good acidity and a balance that lingers on the finish with fruity notes.

Majority of Pinot Noir completed with Chardonnay. The body is intense and the taste leaves a sense of fullness and a creamy aftertaste.

A lovely pale salmon color, with a light mousse and very fine bubbles. The nose evokes tart red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry, blackcurrant), as well as fresh bread crust. The palate is fresh, lively, and well-balanced, with a pleasant, lingering fruitiness.

Limpid and brilliant colour. Subtle scent of fresh grapes with hints of acacia. The mouth is round, elegant, marked by citrus and white fruit.

Soft raspberry fruit, just the right combination of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, with a smooth finish. Dry without the sharp edge some Champagnes have.

Superb notes of marmalade, dried flowers and roast almond as well as subtle notes of berries from Casters Liebart's Coteaux Champenois red wines.

The nose is direct with a very nice mineral taste. With aeration, nougat, honey and dry fruits are coming through. The mouth is long with a very pleasant fresh orange aroma. Complex structure and long finish, with notes of mirabelle and jasmine. A generous Champagne without added sugar.
