Vosne-Romanée

A Village appellation in the Côte de Nuits sub-region, in Côte d’Or, this AOC includes the villages of Vosne-Romanée and Flagey-Échezeaux. Home of the most coveted Burgundy wines in the world, it produces the most noble expression of Pinot Noir.

The appellation covers plots at the top of the slope as well as plots at the bottom, sometimes on grounds with the same altitude as the Grand Cru. It is facing East, on limestone soils.
