Chateau de Dracy
Château de Dracy is a family estate located in Couchoisin the south of the Côte de Beaune. The wines are vinified in the 18th century vat room and cellar located next to the medieval castle, built in 1298 then remodeled in the 16th century (construction of the dungeon), 18th century (vat room and cellar) and finally in the 19th century. The castle archives contain documents attesting to the presence of vines since the 15th century. The estate belongs to the Charette family and was recently taken over by Quentin de Charette.

Bourgogne Chardonnay: Chateau de DracyPale bright yellow colour. Well-balanced chardonnay with freshness and a very nice roundness in the Côte de Beaune white wine style. Soft texture. Nose of white flowers with buttery notes. When ageing, the wine develops aromas of honey and nuts.
