Rhone - Ventoux
'Le Gentleman' Red

Sitting on the lower slopes of Mont Ventoux in Provence, Domaine Vintur produces elegant, complex wines shaped by Provençal sunshine, mistral winds and limestone-rich soils.

This is a wonderfully refined southern Rhône blend, balancing ripe fruit with freshness and savoury complexity. Expect layers of sour cherry, plum and blackcurrant alongside notes of wild herbs, liquorice, cracked pepper and garrigue. Fine tannins and careful ageing give the wine structure without heaviness, making it equally suited to summer dining or cooler evening suppers.

'Les Demoiselles' White

Domaine Saint Roch, run by Denis Bardon, is a fourth-generation family estate in the heart of the Loire Valley, surrounded by some of the region’s most prestigious appellations. Based in Meusnes, the domaine’s distinctive flinty soils give the wines their characteristic freshness and mineral character.

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, ‘Les Demoiselles’ is bright and expressive, with aromas of citrus, white peach and delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, balancing lively acidity with ripe fruit character and a clean, elegant finish typical of Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. An ideal aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, goat’s cheese salads and simple summer lunches in the garden.

Rosé

Domaine Pierre Cros is a family-run estate in the Minervois region of the Languedoc, where Pierre Cros is known for producing expressive, characterful wines with a strong sense of place. Working with old vines and sustainable vineyard practices, the domaine combines southern French generosity with freshness and balance in every bottle. Pierre was also named Guide Hachette’s ‘Winemaker of the Year’ for 2026.

Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, this rosé is bright and refreshing, with aromas of fresh raspberry, strawberry and citrus peel alongside subtle floral hints. The palate is crisp and elegant, balancing lively acidity with delicate red berry fruit and a long, refreshing finish.
