Fine, elegant, mineral but not balsamic, the floral and fruity character are enhanced. The taste continues fine, although it's a tannic wine. Rich but not excessive and with a long spicy aftertaste. Impressive finesse even though robust.

A brick-red appearance with medium depth and a light orange rim. On the nose a slightly smoky/vanilla aroma from the very old seasoned pipes casks follows through with aromas of marmalade, raisins and dried apricots. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a mellow lengthy spirit-driven finish.

A great Vintage, showing beautiful concentration, vigour and complexity, but with plenty of finesse and remarkable freshness. The 2015 gives us a silky wine, with great structure and incredible balance thanks to its taut acidity and lower level of sweetness, which results in a fresher wine.

A blend led by Clairette, enhanced with small proportions of Picpoul and Bourboulenc, this wine combines freshness, precision and elegance. Vinification in demi-muids adds subtle depth and texture, resulting in a vibrant, finely balanced white with a long, harmonious finish and excellent ageing potential.

With an intense colour, the wine displays a very broad aromatic range that combines woody, spicy and fruity notes. Elegant and distinguished, this enticing wine, rich in density and concentration with a fine tannic structure offers a fantastic potential for ageing.

At least 20 years are required to produce Painturaud's Vieille Réserve cognac. This long aging process gives it an amber hue with brilliant highlights of pure gold. The youngest of their aged cognacs, its bouquet expresses an intensity and great length of aromas of undergrowth, dry vine shoots, vanilla, and the first notes of rancio. The palate offers the sweetness of fully ripe fruit. Extremely mellow, velvety, and caressing.

Deep garnet colour with tawny highlights, intense nose of spice, cocoa, cherry pit, blond tobacco, and cinnamon. The palate is rich and dense, with notes of spices, cocoa, vanilla, and soft, silky tannins with a beautiful presence.

Our Normandy cider vinegar is matured in French oak barrels, its colour is amber and its freshness is balanced with fruity-woody notes. Unpasteurized and without added sulphites. Filtered, it is clear and brilliant. This vinegar will revive your seasonings, sauces, marinades, etc.

It was in 1872 that Joseph Dartigalongue founded Armagnac La Croix de Salles, named after the property he acquired in Salles d'Armagnac, in the heart of Bas-Armagnac. Since then, every year, the eau-de-vie that comes out of the still is housed in oak barrels to produce, after a long aging in their century-old cellars, Armagnacs of great finesse. Armagnac is mostly made with a grape called Ugni Blanc, and is distilled only once and aged in a different wood, therefore more rustic and fuller than Cognac. This particular vintage is from 1994.

Brilliant appearance with a dark purple rim and concentrated depth of colour. The aroma is fine and subdued with only a hint of primary dark fruits and some spice. The true potential and style of this wine really comes together on the palate with wonderful integration of dark fruits with a grainy tannic structure, pairing volume with amazing balance and elegance and an impressive finish.
