From selected plots; the oldest vines of the estate. Arising from a combination of the emblematic Négrette with aromas of red fruit and liquorice, and Cabernet Sauvignon which provides balance and structure. Intense nose. Seductive with a smooth body, soft tannins and a dark fruit finish.
1 x Chateau de Gaudou Cahors 'Renaissance'
Intense and powerful, the rebirth of the 'Cru' of Gaudou. Nose of black fruit, with floral and woody notes. Intense on the palate, mature and elegant, with a finish on vanilla.
1 x Domaine Laurens Marcillac 'Cuvee Pierres Rouges'
A delightful colour with ruby highlights. The aromas is of red fruits and blackcurrants with a spicy aftertaste. The wine is very fruity with smooth tannins in evidence. Very characteristic of Marcillac.
1 x Domaine Barreau Gaillac Perle 'Augustin'
Bottled very early, the Gaillac Perlé preserves fine bubbles giving it freshness and salinity, and ensuring a good length in the mouth. The roundness of Mauzac supports the fruitiness of Ondenc, giving a delicious whole.
1 x Domaine Roumagnac Comte Tolosan 'Authentique'
The youngest of the 'Authentique' wines from this producer - has a very aromatic nose of citrus and white fruits. The palate is lively, the mouth light with a lot of freshness and a nice return of citrus.

Round with velvety tannins, which linger on the finish with hints of cherry stones.
