Flavours of ripe pear, lemon curd, and toasted almond build gradually, finishing long and clean with a lingering mineral edge. This is a white Burgundy which could be described as the smoothest of them all. A wine to sip.

In Dolio is a collaboration between Pierre Gaillard and the Gallo-Roman museum of Saint-Romain-en-Gal-Vienne. This Chardonnay has a fruity nose with apricot notes. It shows a round and full mouth, beautifully fresh and mineral. The tannins are present, but soft and harmonious.
