A 10-day maceration of biodynamically grown Roussanne and Viognier grapes gives this orange-tinged colour. Light tannic texture and beautiful aromatic freshness. Small quantity with a production of only 1,000 bottles per year.

Vinification

Certified biodynamic farming soils are ploughed or covered with grass. The yield is carefully controlled through disbudding. Roussanne is de-stemmed, while Viognier whole cluster is vinified. Matured in amphora and stainless steel vat for 5 months.
