A 10-day maceration of biodynamically grown Roussanne and Viognier grapes gives this orange-tinged colour. Light tannic texture and beautiful aromatic freshness. Small quantity with a production of only 1,000 bottles per year.

| Vinification |
Certified biodynamic farming soils are ploughed or covered with grass. The yield is carefully controlled through disbudding. Roussanne is de-stemmed, while Viognier whole cluster is vinified. Matured in amphora and stainless steel vat for 5 months. |

Monsieur Houser is a passionate wine-grower who has dedicated himself to carrying on with the tradition established by the previous owners. His motto is ‘quality not quantity’. Annual production does not exceed 40,000 bottles – and particularly highly recommended are the Côtes du Rhône Villages as well as the Cairanne Vieilles Vignes.
