A blend led by Clairette, enhanced with small proportions of Picpoul and Bourboulenc, this wine combines freshness, precision and elegance. Vinification in demi-muids adds subtle depth and texture, resulting in a vibrant, finely balanced white with a long, harmonious finish and excellent ageing potential.
