We thought we could not bring more wines from this part of the Languedoc until we found their Petit Verdot. The grape, although originating from the South West, was also used in Bordeaux to bring some spice to the wines.
    
Since it tended to mature too late it has now been discarded by many Chateaux, but here in this warmer part of France there is no problem!
