Much sought after, Chénas, the rarest of the Beaujolais Crus, is a generous cellaring wine with a wonderfully soft mouthfeel. The robe is ruby with garnet tints; the aromas are floral with peony at the fore. This cuvée was matured in barrels for 8 months and sets itself apart with its finesse and complexity.

This Cognac is made from Grande Champagne, 1er Cru de Cognac. This unique terroir, who is a guarantee of quality, is enhanced by the single Estate production. It is a subtle balance that makes it exclusive and authentic. The Very Superior Old Pale (VSOP) is a blend of Cognacs of different ages, the youngest of which has spent at least 5 years in oak barrels. Its colour with amber nuances leads to delicate floral aromas intermingled with vanilla.

At least 20 years are required to produce Painturaud's Vieille Réserve cognac. This long aging process gives it an amber hue with brilliant highlights of pure gold. The youngest of their aged cognacs, its bouquet expresses an intensity and great length of aromas of undergrowth, dry vine shoots, vanilla, and the first notes of rancio. The palate offers the sweetness of fully ripe fruit. Extremely mellow, velvety, and caressing.

Composed of 40% Fine Bois, 40% Petite Champagne and 20% Grande Champagne. This cognac spends 8 months in new oak barrels to extract soft and light aromas, then in red barrels. It reveals fruity (apricot, lychee and orange zest), floral (acacia and jasmine) notes, slightly spicy with ginger and softened by vanilla.

In Dolio is a collaboration between Pierre Gaillard and the Gallo-Roman museum of Saint-Romain-en-Gal-Vienne. This Chardonnay has a fruity nose with apricot notes. It shows a round and full mouth, beautifully fresh and mineral. The tannins are present, but soft and harmonious.

This 100% Merlot with a deep colour reveals a nose with nuances of stone fruits, sweet spices and a delicate vegetal sensation. The beautifully structured mouth is fresh and long.

Ample and well-ripened. It comes from vines planted on granite soils from the extremity of the Massif Central, north of the Rhone Valley.

Intensely red in colour, with reflections of raspberry; an ode to red and black berries. Its palate is just as intense, enhanced by light smoked and spicy notes. A juicy, fresh and airy wine.

Respecting the traditional style of Collioure and with its delicate farming in tapered tanks, Magenca is delicate and elegant with tannins present but melted.

Spicy and slightly woody notes affirming the complexity of this unique cuvée. The balance in the mouth and its tannic structure is incredible, a sign of a strong aging potential. From the oldest parcel of vines in the estate; approved vines over 90 years old.

Slightly spicy and mineral notes, reminiscent of the brulhiés terroir, located in the heart of the Cote de Brouilly. On the palate, the structure with already rounded tannins has body while retaining roundness and suppleness.
