A quaternary terrace where Syrah and Grenache express themselves wonderfully, a rigorous selection of grapes, manual treading and long aging in exceptional barrels, a remarkable terroir to obtain a wine of admirable quality.

Harvested manually at optimal maturity, it is then embellished with full vinification and then aging for 18 months in new oak barrels.

Naturally sweet wine. mellow palate, it develops aromas of dried and candied fruits, honey and caramel.

Light orangey pink colour. Delicate aroma of small red berries combined with a hint of flint. The palate is seduced with its light, crunchy side and the scent of ripe strawberry, matched with a spicy tone or hint at the end. A very versatile rosé.

Maceration in contact with the skin, to give this orange colour. Aromas of peach, crisp in the mouth with its tannins and acidity. Without added sulphites, it is unfiltered and naturally blended. Serve chilled.
