In Dolio is a collaboration between Pierre Gaillard and the Gallo-Roman museum of Saint-Romain-en-Gal-Vienne. This Chardonnay has a fruity nose with apricot notes. It shows a round and full mouth, beautifully fresh and mineral. The tannins are present, but soft and harmonious.

Best drunk within 5 years, but will keep longer and will change in character.
