From a plot of vines planted more than 60 years ago, Chateau Guery's stony and clay-limestone soils give the grapes a perfect balance without the addition of sulphites.

Intense nose of white fruit and floral notes, livery and balanced with great length.

In Dolio is a collaboration between Pierre Gaillard and the Gallo-Roman museum of Saint-Romain-en-Gal-Vienne. This Chardonnay has a fruity nose with apricot notes. It shows a round and full mouth, beautifully fresh and mineral. The tannins are present, but soft and harmonious.

An excellent expression of Fer Servadou. Aged in terracotta jars for 12 months.

Fruity wine with roundness and finesse, with red fruit aromas. Natural Wine without added sulphites.

Rich and full bodied. Cedar and spice mixed with dark berries, it is beautifully balanced. The Cabernet Sauvignon adds a power and structure to this ‘cuvée’.

An explosion of ripe succulent wild forest fruit, pomegranate, plum and blueberry, leading to deep notes of spice and smooth fresh leather. On the palate there is a sensation of fresh cool evenings and opulent sunshine! Deep ruby colour; high tones of fresh young cassis, and wild thyme finishing with hints of fresh ground white pepper and clean flinty notes.

Under a robe of lychee, this ripe rose releases elegantly intense notes of melon and cassis, before moving towards Muscat scents. Good density on the palate is set by a youthful vivacity and a pleasant fruitiness.

Maceration in contact with the skin, to give this orange colour. Aromas of peach, crisp in the mouth with its tannins and acidity. Without added sulphites, it is unfiltered and naturally blended. Serve chilled.
