The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which constitute the majority at the estate, were ripe and with sufficient structure to provide great balance.

A bold, deep purple red wine from Mussuguet in the town of Marseille that brims with cherry, raspberry, intense fruit and vanilla, whilst maintaining structure, balance and elegance. A superb combination of power and finesse, produced to organic standards.

The nose is open and intense with aromas of yellow fruits (peach, mirabelle plum, pear), blackcurrant, violet or even anise and honeysuckle; the whole supported by a nice minerality. The mouth is supple and round. The acidity is expressed in the form of a beautiful expression of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) associated with the limestone minerality.

Made with over 50 years old Grenache vines and with some Syrah, Mourvedre and a little Carignan. Lengthy taste of fruits and spice, rounded and structured with soft tannins. Magnificent taste, still a couple of years to reach its best. Drink it now but decant it first.
