Vigneron Independant

Like a thread stretched between two generations, this wine is based on another pairing: Grenache and Mourvedre in equal parts. Harvested at their peak, vinified and aged in oak barrels, they make up a top-flight Vacqueyras.

Under a robe of lychee, this ripe rose releases elegantly intense notes of melon and cassis, before moving towards Muscat scents. Good density on the palate is set by a youthful vivacity and a pleasant fruitiness.

Beautiful complexity on the nose with floral and wooden notes, delicate in the mouth with captivating tannins.

Spicy and slightly woody notes affirming the complexity of this unique cuvée. The balance in the mouth and its tannic structure is incredible, a sign of a strong aging potential. From the oldest parcel of vines in the estate; approved vines over 90 years old.

Old Grenache vines growing in idyllic conditions on a high terroir from Séguret, give this elegant, powerful wine that you can lay down. Very colourful and structured, on the palate, exuberant, powerful and warm.

Soft structure, most pleasant light wine with rich colour. Drinks well with light food.

Fruity and fragrant wine, strawberry and raspberry aromas. perfect for grills, salads, couscous and Asian dishes.

A nose of great Freshness, with aroma of red fruits. Smooth on the palate with supple tannins, it has notes of ripe fruit and raspberry. A spirited wine.

From a selection of Domaine Paris's best plots of Chenin, harvested by hand in boxes then vinified and aged naturally in demi-muids in their cellars for a minimum of 8 months. Great finesse and depth with a very long finish in the mouth.

Its colour is limpid with sparkling reflections. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruit, grapefruit, and of fresh lemon. Striking on the palate with a beautiful body. A little roundness, but which remains with a nice balance and liveliness at the end.

A very intense ruby colour, a very fruity wine with aromas of coffee, toast and black fruits. The finish is long and pleasant with a nice structure.

The originality of the terroir of Chaume brings to this Cru classé minerality, body and opulence. More concentrated, it has notes of candied fruits, citrus and honey.
