Located near Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux Chateau de Bonhoste is operated and owned by Sylvaine and Yannick Fournier. They possess two vineyards - one in Bordeaux on the edge of the Entre-deux-Mers and the other in Bergerac.

The business was formed in 1895, when the Buissiere family created Château de Bonhoste and in 1977, Bernard Fournier, grandson of Mrs Bussiere brought the two vineyards, the 44 hectare Bonhoste and the 22 hectare Mouilere, together.

Region – Bordeaux

Situated in the beautiful South-West of France, Bordeaux is one of the country's largest wine-growing areas, covering over 125,000 hectares. With the Atlantic to the west, its coastal temperatures are moderated by the Gulf Stream, making it an ideal place for vines to thrive. The region produces a staggering 900 million bottles a year, ranging from large quantities of common Vin de Pays to some of the most prestigious and expensive wines in the world.
